Professor Doctor Seiki Inaba

Since Nov. 20th, 1996.

Seiki Inaba was born in Gifu City, Japan on August 3, 1951. He received the M.S. Degree and the Dr. Eng. Degree from Nagoya University, Japan in 1976 and in 1982, respectively. He is currently a professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Gifu National College of Technology, Japan. His research interest includes laser-driven micro-mechanics. He received the 17th Vacuum Technology Prize from the Vacuum Society, Japan in 1992.
