There are chiefly two big themes in the Fujita laboratory.


1.Research on ferroelectric

 The construction of the measurement system of the dielectric substance and the dielectric substance material are generated. Very long time is required for the promotion of the dielectric substance. Moreover, the result of the generated dielectric substance changes when there is a temperature change even a little. Then, the temperature, time, and the measurement result, etc. are in real time acquired by using Visual Basic now, and the treatable system is developed. It aims at an effectively excellent dielectric substance material in achieving this and it aims at the construction of generation and the appreciable environment.

2.Digital circuit design that uses HDL

 HDL(Hardware Description Language) is a language where circuit information on hardware can be described by "Code". It is possible to do by "Sense that writes the program" as this language is used, and the drawing design of the design of the circuit in the device such as LSI(Large Scale Integration) by CAD etc. doesn't exist. It is the one that is called a special LSI device that corresponds to the design in this language FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array). The technique of the digital circuit design accomplished a big change by the appearance of FPGA and HDL today.

 In this laboratory, the circuit that uses FPGA with such a feature is designed. FPGA can be used for various fields depending on the design. Therefore, it is being used by various purposes by this laboratory.
