From Gifu-Hashima Station(JR Tokaido Shinkansen)
　Walk to Meitetsu Shin Hashima Station in front of Gifu-Hashima Station, and take a train From Meitetsu Shin Hashima Station to Meitetsu Gifu Station (via Meitetsu Hashima Line) :30minutes

From Central Japan International Airport (Centrair)
　From Centrair to Meitetsu Gifu Station (via Meitetsu Airport Express/ μ-Sky):57minutes.

From JR Nagoya Station to JR Gifu Station (via Tokaido Main Line):18minutes by the rapid train

From Meitetsu Nagoya Station to Meitetsu Gifu Station (via Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line):29minutes by the limited express train

Accommodation

We will arrange accommodation for foreigner participants. We will inquire you about accommodation after your registration.

Presenter Guideline

Member from partner universities will be invited as oral presenters.  Some faculty members of Gifu College will present in poster session. Oral and poster presenters are required to  submit an abstract by January 31th. Oral presenters are also required to submit a paper. Please download abstract or paper template and make sure to submit in both .doc( or .docx) and .PDF files. The abstract and paper must be written in English.

Your presentation must be prepared and presented in English. Other information will be announced later.

Reception

(a) Reception I will be held on March 18th , 15:00 -19:00 at  Hotel Resol in Gifu.

(b) Reception II will be held on March 19th , 18:30 -20:00 at  Hotel Resol in Gifu.
